E. Tessier is a registered Clinical Psychologist and founder of ICBS, with a mission to transform lives through exceptional mental health care. With more than 15 years of international experience across Spain, the UK, and the Netherlands, she has worked in hospitals, private clinics, schools, and community mental health services, supporting individuals of all ages and backgrounds.
She holds several postgraduate degrees with an emphasis on trauma and neurodevelopmental conditions. Her own late diagnosis provides lived insight into neurodivergent experience, enriching the culture of ICBS and becoming ingrained in the way therapy is structured, delivered, and communicated.
Her multicultural background and fluency in multiple languages allow her to create an environment where people feel recognised in their culture, their language, and their way of thinking. Her vision for ICBS is to build a community where people are equipped, supported, and empowered to create lasting change in their lives, because you deserve to be understood.
