At International Clinical Behavioural Services, we strive to provide the best care for our clients. However, we understand that there may be times when a client has a complaint about their treatment. If this occurs, we kindly request that you first speak directly with your clinician to discuss your concerns. In the event that you and your clinician are unable to resolve the issue together, a third party will mediate to help find a suitable solution.
We are committed to complying with the Wkkgz legislation and other laws and regulations in the healthcare sector, which are aimed at improving the quality of care for patients. If you would like more information about our commitment to these laws and regulations, please click here.
